After cracking the illusion of movement with ZOETROPE, children continue the tour with STOP MOTION.

Stop motion is an animation technique that consists on simulatin the movement of still objects through a series of still fixed images in succession, frame by frame.

In this space children animate cut figures and other objects over panels that represent different scenes (city, desert, space and under the sea among other). While some children move the figure/objects, others take pictures. In this way, through the stop motion technique, they can experience the process of creating movement and working as a team.

After taking several series of picture, the entertainer in charged downloads the images on a computer, digitalizes them and shows the final animation created by the children almost instantly
